The Poste Boy offers limited-run physical art prints and packages. Please note that physical orders are shipped via postal carrier, with delivery times acting as estimates commencing from the date of dispatch.

Processing Times (Once Order Is Received)

  • Standard Processing: 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Shipping & Delivery Times (Estimates)

  • Within Canada (Domestic): 3 to 7 business days

  • International (UK, Ireland, France & Australia): 2 to 4 weeks (10 to 20 business days)

A Note on Post: Physical prints travel via traditional untracked letter mail directly to your postbox to keep delivery accessible and economical.

Shipping Disclaimer: The Poste Boy makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding exact delivery dates or postal carrier transit times. All shipping timeframes provided are estimates only.

Transfer of Risk and Title: Risk of loss and damage for physical items passes to you upon transfer to the postal carrier or courier service. Title to the physical items passes to you upon full payment being received by The Poste Boy. The Poste Boy is not liable for any loss, theft, carrier delays, or damages occurring after the items have been transferred to the carrier, nor are we liable for delays caused by customs processing, postal disruptions, strikes, or severe weather events (including winter storms, extreme temperatures, or natural hazards).

Delivery Address Accuracy: You are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address during checkout. The Poste Boy shall not be held liable for packages delayed, returned, or delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Dispatch Notifications: Please ensure your checkout email address is accurate and current, as order confirmations, dispatch notifications, and important purchase notices are delivered electronically. The Poste Boy shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to receive your dispatch information resulting from inaccurate email information, spam filtering, or technical issues with third-party email providers.

We therefore cannot guarantee that your display will reflect the printed ink colours with absolute accuracy.
