The Poste Boy reserves the right to monitor account, download, and purchase activity for suspected scraping, automated file harvesting, bot checkouts, or fraudulent behaviour. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to the Website or download links, without liability, if we detect automated scraping, bulk-harvesting of promotional files, or exploitation of content.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available through the Website, including but not limited to digital illustrations, character designs, animations, physical art prints, accompanying printed materials, promotional digital downloads, website interface layouts, branding, logos, product descriptions, photography, sound design, design elements, images, and other materials, is the intellectual property of The Poste Boy unless otherwise stated.
Physical Items: Purchasing a physical art print package or print grants you physical ownership of those specific physical items only. Purchase does not transfer any copyright, trademark, licensing, or intellectual property rights to the underlying artwork.
Promotional Digital Downloads (Fortune Cookie & Desktop Wallpapers): Any complimentary digital downloads, desktop wallpapers, or digital gifts made available via the Website or promotional interactions are granted under a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence strictly for personal, non-commercial screen display on your personal electronic devices. You are not granted rights to print, physicalize, sell, share, or redistribute these files.
Permitted Use:
You may display, frame, or gift the physical prints and accompanying package items purchased from The Poste Boy in their original, unmodified form.
You may apply promotional digital wallpaper files to your personal computer or mobile screens.
Prohibited Use (Physical Art Prints):
No Commercial Resale: You may not resell the physical prints for commercial purposes, business gain, or as part of a commercial enterprise.
No Reproduction or Printing: You may not print, reproduce, scan, photograph, copy, duplicate, or digitally reproduce the physical prints to create digital files or physical reproductions.
No Alteration: You may not modify, alter, or create derivative works from the physical prints.
Prohibited Use (Promotional Digital Downloads):
No Printing or Physical Reproduction: You may not print, reproduce, or manufacture physical copies of promotional digital files in any format.
No Commercial Resale: You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the digital files in any format, digital or physical.
No Derivative Products: You may not use our artwork to create physical merchandise for sale, including but not limited to clothing, stationery, home decor, or accessories, whether produced by you or a third-party print-on-demand service.
No Redistribution: You may not upload The Poste Boy content or download links to third-party platforms, group chats, or cloud storage for redistribution.
General Prohibitions:
You may not reproduce, copy, share, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from The Poste Boy;
Claim ownership of The Poste Boy content;
Modify or create derivative works for commercial purposes.
Unauthorised use of The Poste Boy content, digital assets, or physical reproductions constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and will be pursued under applicable laws.
COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
The Poste Boy respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Website to do the same.

ORDERS & PRICING
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud. Prices for our physical prints, packages, and collections are subject to change without notice.
We make every effort to display the colours and textures of our physical prints and materials as accurately as possible. However, because computer monitors and mobile displays vary, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour will perfectly match the physical print.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship physical art prints from Canada to select jurisdictions. Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of dispatch, rather than the date of the order.
Transfer Of Risk And Title: Risk of loss and damage for physical prints passes to you upon The Poste Boy handing over the items to the postal carrier or courier service. Title to the physical prints passes to you upon full payment being received by The Poste Boy. The Poste Boy is not responsible for any loss, theft, delays, or damages occurring after the items have been transferred to the carrier, nor are we responsible for delays caused by customs processing, postal disruptions, or severe weather events (including winter storms, extreme temperatures, or natural hazards).
You are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not liable or responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
PROMOTIONAL DIGITAL ASSET DELIVERY
Complimentary digital wallpapers and promotional digital assets are delivered electronically via direct link or download access upon completing the designated on-site prompt. Promotional digital assets are provided free of charge, on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind regarding compatibility or uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, rotate, or terminate access to promotional digital download links at any time.
REFUNDS
All physical art prints are sold as part of limited-run releases and individual drops with strictly capped quantities. Due to the collectible and limited nature of these runs, all physical sales are final upon dispatch. The Poste Boy does not accept returns, cancellations, exchanges, or replacements for physical art prints under any circumstances, including claims of transit damage or loss, once items have been handed over to the postal carrier.
The Poste Boy does not provide refunds, exchanges, credits, or partial refunds for:
Physical art prints, packages, or physical items once dispatched;
Packages delayed or damaged in transit by postal carriers;
Packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Complimentary or promotional digital downloads carry zero monetary value and are not eligible for exchange, credit, or monetary compensation.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this final-sale policy. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
NO GUARANTEES
The Poste Boy makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding any particular outcome arising from the use of the Website, physical art prints, promotional digital files, or media content.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES
The Website may contain links to external websites, platforms, products, services, or resources operated by third parties.
Such links are provided for convenience only.
The Poste Boy does not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for any third-party content, products, services, policies, or practices.

FORCE MAJEURE
The Poste Boy shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, suspension, or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms & Conditions where such delay, interruption, suspension, or failure arises from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include, without limitation, natural disasters, severe weather events (including severe winter storms or transit freezes), internet or telecommunications failures, cyber incidents, power outages, postal strikes, courier labour disputes, supply chain disruptions, governmental actions, public health emergencies, third-party service interruptions, or failures of hosting, payment, or technology providers.
During any such event, The Poste Boy shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time to fulfil any affected obligations.
INDEMNIFICATION
